Nope.  Not at the moment, at least.  I live in an apartment and have for a few years.  I like it that way.  Something breaks down and I just make a phone call to fix it without the cost coming from my pocket.  So far in my apartment I've had the air conditioning and refrig break and have had two windows replaced.  I don't mind paying someone else to worry about that kind of stuff.
