Rarely.  I really need to be in a mood to go through the ritual in the morning and then not be able to touch my eyes for the rest of the day.  And that is the part that really bothers me too.  Not exactly the time it takes in the morning because I don't put that much on.  Eyeliner, a touch of eye color and lip gloss.  That's about the extent I go to.  But the fact that if I touch my eyes at any point in the day and rub that make-up around or into my eye... that is the part I cannot stand.  So I usually don't do a damn thing.  I don't think I need to.  But once in a while I will just to remind myself why I don't.
