Bad breath in general.  If your mouth smells like something died in it over a decade ago... well how can you expect me to want to kiss a dead carcass?  I've tried to tolerate it... tried the whole breathing in while they were breathing in thing... choking when I miss a breath... not exactly the romance inducing mood right there.
